GPUH Initiative
Commons for Peace
“Commons for Peace” is our initiative to connect people on the common grounds. Each group, family, circle, community has something in common and we believe that commonness can help remove the differences among them and help build a peaceful and united world.
Almost all religions and civilisations have promoted Love, Peace, Tolerance, Respect, Truthfulness, Integrity and many other similar positive human characteristics. They all believe in spreading love, they all want to live in peace, they all want to be respected, the truthfulness is taught to kids from their childhood, practising integrity in all walks of life is something all agree upon unanimously.
We at GPUH therefore believe that providing a forum and raising awareness about these commons among us will help us unite and when we are united, achieving peace becomes far more easier. We need to unite for the common characteristics and for the common goals. We need to talk about these commons more and encourage more.
These commons expand beyond just the positive human characteristics, these commons can also be various challenges the world faces. Eradicating the poverty, educating more people, protecting our environment, combating global warming are some of the common goals that can unite us.
GPUH will organise and run various campaigns under this initiative to promote the Commons to achieve global Peace.
